It’s been a minute since I did a TTT (no pun intended), and this prompt looked fun. Here goes!
- The Remains of the Day – Ishiguro
- The Present Age – Kierkegaard
- Around the World in Eighty Days – Verne
- Two Year’s Holiday – Verne
- Five Weeks in a Balloon – Verne (he’s saving the day here with these titles 😆 )
- The Last Days of Pompeii* – Bulwer-Lytton
- One Hundred Years of Solitude* – Márquez
- These Happy Golden Years – Wilder
- One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich* – Solzhenitsyn
- Seven Years in Tibet* – Harrer
(* = unread)
This was rather challenging. What did I miss??
I’ve never read Around the World in Eighty Days. Someday I should!

I agree, it was a challenging week but it has been interesting to see what everyone is coming up with! Great list! https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/06/top-ten-tuesday-book-titles-with-units.html

Someone else did a list of classics for this prompt. I had no idea there were so many units of time in those classic titles. Interesting!
Happy TTT!

Great list! I can’t think of very much, but I’d add Midnight’s Children by Salman Rushdie. It’s a great book, though it’s tough going at the beginning. Rushdie’s style takes some getting used to.
