  1. i have some hearing problems so i read it… and it really took me back to my teens, when the world was full of mysterious unknown continents and islands, and the arcane seemed just around the corner… soul transference and such reeks of medieval mysticism, and the dark uncharted wastes just beyond the realm of consciousness… great story, i should get back to reading some Poe, except even now, he's pretty scary…


  2. Mudpuddle, this story also made me feel nostalgic. I miss the simpler time of my life when I could read seven or eight of these kinds of stories in one sitting. Now I read slower, and less frequently. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
